As the internet has become ever more prolific and intrinsic to modern society, so it has attracted of the regulators of the world. National and international legislatures apply increasingly restrictive rules. By taking a moderate view of the cyber space behaviour of its users, the concept of cyber socialism as applied to the field of copyright and IP is evaluated to terms of viability and value. Same concept might apply on civil rights, or perhaps NOT in some other cases.
